Terms of Use

Effective 4 November 2026. Please read these terms before using Tidy Shop: Cozy Sorting, provided by OrbonTech.

1. Use of the app

Tidy Shop is a game for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may use it for lawful purposes under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), which applies to your use of the app.

2. Purchases and virtual coins

Tidy Shop is free to download. You can buy coin packs and a one-time Remove Ads purchase. Prices are shown in the store in your local currency. Payment is processed by Apple through your Apple Account. Coins are virtual items used only inside the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or transferred, and are not redeemable outside the app. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where Apple or the law provides otherwise. Refund requests go to Apple. You can restore Remove Ads at any time from the restore button in the game’s settings.

3. Rewarded ads

The game offers optional rewarded ads. Watching one is always your choice, and the game can be played without them. Ad content comes from third parties and we do not control it.

4. Your progress

Your progress is saved on your device and synced through your iCloud. OrbonTech holds no copy and cannot recover lost progress. Deleting the app or your iCloud data can erase it.

5. No warranty and limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, OrbonTech is not liable for lost progress, lost coins or other indirect damages arising from use of the app.

6. Changes

We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
